The Head of E-commerce Technology will join the FSD leadership team and will oversee all the technology related projects of the company. FSD has a very aggressive and exciting technology developmentroadmapand the incumbent will be working with other leadership team members to identify the best possible way to deliver the requirements through their respective teams. Strong emphasis is on Customer Experience, data-driven decision making and strong experience in e-commerce operations required for this role. Also, strong influencing and communication skills are required to develop the strategy and operational models. Who you are & What You'llDo This position can be remote anywhere in the US or Canada and is responsible for business partnering, technology strategy, team management. Key Responsibilities Manage Software Development Team as Leader and groom the team's technical as well as professional expertise Responsible for program management for the FSD Ecommerceeco-system. Responsible for all Tools and Applications including Magento, Zendesk, Dot Digital, Google Suite products, social media integration and 3rdparty solutions Responsible for Order Management System and the Integration between Order Management System (Logistics), Warehouse Management System, Product Information Management System Manage all Project Management Tools like Jira, Teams, Slack, etc. Prioritize Bugs, Features as reported or requested by business and groom the stories and scope of work Responsible for ReleaseManagement, Deployments to various environments and escalate issues across various platforms Responsible for Technical Staff recruitment and working with agencies for seamless operations Responsible for Backup, Restoration of Production Data and managing licenses, subscription, etc. Responsible to oversee System Engineering, Hardware Support for Internal Employees and help desk Responsible for working with corporate team for core services Technical Requirements:
A technology leader who is visionary about B2B/B2C E-commerce technology landscape in North America preferably in CPG products Experience working with offshore remote/freelance developers 8
years of working as Solution Architect in E-commerce domain Expert in Software Development Lifecycle and Agile Technical Project Management 5
years of experience in running day to day Ecommerce Operations from technology side 5
years of experience in Ecommerce platforms like Magento, Demandware, Shopify preferably inMagento Expert knowledge of Cloud architecture and Cloud services Expert knowledge of APIs (Soap, Rest,GraphQL), Workflows, Data Structures (SQL, NoSQL, XML, Json) 8
years of experience in leading consumer facing web/mobile applications Experience in Frontend Development stack e.g., React.JS, React Native, PHP Experience in implementing ADA, WCAG, Data Privacy, PCI Compliance Some experience with Customer Engagement and Customer Service Applications and workflows Experience in Google Analytics, Google Merchant Center, Google Ad is preferred Business Requirements:

Salary Range:
$250K -- $500K+

Technical Project Management, Systems Architecture & Engineering, Technology ManagementEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
