Alberta Recruiting Specialists (Abrs) is recruiting a Regional Sales Manager for our Edmonton based Construction Client.
KEY ACCOUNTABILTIES
Identify and qualify new prospective clients to maximize business opportunities for the External Installer
Educate building inspectors and external installers on installation and QA/QC standards
Complete annual sales planning and forecasting
Assist members to assess achievement of sales targets
Act as a liaison between members of the core operations
Close new business opportunities by working with both internal and external customers
Develop and maintain proactive relationships within assigned client base
Provide feedback to sales management and business owners to ensure company's offerings continue to meet client needs
Interact with organizational sales team members and other internal customers to ensure project completion for all projects
Support the portfolio across consumer segments and markets by identifying the data needed to perform analysis (i.e. review of customer insights, analysis of consumer markets and competitive landscape)
Identify strategic partnerships for retail distribution opportunities
Build new relationships within the commercial construction industry through outside selling, attending conferences and hosting meetings with prospective clients
EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE
Degree or diploma in business, marketing or a related field

years of business development experience
Knowledge of heavy equipment sales and/or operations
Background in commercial construction
Knowledge of resource allocation and production methods
Experience working with CRM systems
